Walnut Street Theatre. Philadelphia, January 15, 1870. Saturday Matinee. The Highly Successful Romantic Military Drama, In Four Acts, by Watts Phillips, Esq., author of "The Dead Heart," "Lost in London," &c., entitled Not Guilty, Presented with every attention to detail, situation and effect. The "Young Volunteer Corps," and Beck's Philadelphia Band, No. 1, also Baxter's Zouave Drum Corps, Are specially engaged, in order to give the proper martial effect to the Military Displays incidental to the Drama. Saturday Afternoon, Jan. 15, 1870, The performance will commence at two o'clock, with Overture-"Military," Hassler, Expressly Composed and Dedicated to T. J. Hemphill, Esq. After which will be produced the New Military Drama, entitled Not Guilty, With New and Appropriate Scenery by the eminent artist, Mr. George Heilge. Machinery by Arthur Wright.
