Title and place of imprint supplied by cataloger from the Society's "standard edition."

Binding: full calf(?) with boards double-ruled in blind; left board has a blind-stamped Christogram within a light brown vesica piscis double-ruled in blind; 5 raised bands on spine; spine panels double-ruled in blind at head and foot; title ("Common Prayer") stamped in gold on spine; dark brown(?) endpapers; all edges red and gilt.

Gotham Book Mart Collection copy: small divot in tail margin of left board, front free endpaper and some leaves at beginning of text.
