RBC copy has oval stamp ("FACULTE DE MEDECINE DE STRASBOURG" around bearded male bust above "HIPOKRATES" in Greek characters) of the Faculté de médecine de Strasbourg on title leaf; oval duplicate stamp ("K.U. & L.R. STRASSBURG DUBLETTE") of the Université de Strasbourg on title leaf.
RBC copy bound in full early leather; boards ruled in gold; 4 raised bands on spine; gold-tooled spine panels; portion of gold-stamped label ("[...]CONES [...]ANTARUM") on spine.
RBC closely cropped at head and fore-edge margins with occasional damage to or loss of headlines and page numbers; leaf A3 damaged and mended at tail and fore-edges (signature mark supplied in ms. on recto); leaves [Maltese cross]1, 2[Maltese cross]4 and 4[Maltese cross]1 damaged and mended at tail margin; leaf 3[Maltese cross]3 damaged and mended at fore-edge margin.
