- Hindu astrological treatise and commentary on Rāmacandra's Samarasāra, a manual for making predictions about war and battles. Contains tables with numbers and Sanskrit characters, and a drawing of a cosmic snake (f. 16v).

- Written in 11-14 lines per leaf.
- 30 leaves foliated 1-28, 31-32, upper left and lower right verso.
- Colophon: iti śrīrāmavājapeyīkṛtamūle bharatakṛata ṭīkāyāṃ sarvopakartārājñāṃvijayapradoyaṃ samarasāraḥ svarārthyapūrṇaḥ samāptaḥ // (f. 31r).
- Dated śaka 1581 or possibly 1681 (f. 32r), corresponding to 1659 or 1759.
- Mistakes covered over in yellow or crossed out with black or red; some corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout; vertical margins marked with double red line.
- Scribe is Sadāśiva (f. 32r).
