Layout: Written in 2 columns of 15 lines.
Decoration: Illuminated headpiece (f. 1v); textblock border-ruled and columns ruled in red (except for gold borders, f. 1v-2r); rubrications in blue, gold, or red ink.
Binding: Brown leather over pasteboard (Type III) with darker brown spine and edges.
Origin: Copy completed in Muḥarram in A.H. 983 (1575 CE) (f. 216v).
