17th-century grammarian from the Mauni family in Vārāṇasī. Son of Raghunāthabhaṭṭa and grandson of Govarddhanabhaṭṭa.

Manuscript is a grammatical treatise, part of Jayakr̥ṣṇa's Subodhinī, and is also a commentary on Bhaṭṭojī Dīkṣita's Siddhāntakaumudī. Manuscript is incomplete.
