- 17th-century Sanskrit grammarian and commentator who lived in Maharashtra.
- Summary:
- Manuscript used for consultation or teaching is an arrangement of and commentary on the sūtras of the grammarian Pāṇini. It is part of the text called the Tiṅanta.

- Title from colophon (f. 95r).
- Written in 10-12 lines per leaf.
- 96 leaves foliated 1-95, 95, upper left and lower right verso.
- Colophon: iti bhaṭṭojidīkṣitaviracitāyāṃ siddhāṃtakaumudyāṃ pūrvā[r]ddhaṃ samāptaṃ // (f. 95r).

- Single wooden board with images and text glued in from a newspaper. Images are Hindu and are copied of drawings of the deity Gaṇeśa with worshipers, and others. There is a date of saṃvat 1933 (1876) in the newspaper text.
- Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout; vertical margins marked with triple black line.
