"The 1943 list, out of print for over a year, has now been re-issued in an edition identical with the original except for the omission of the index pages. For the sake of economy it seemed advisable to combine the author and subject indices of the original with those of the supplement, and the joint indices are placed at the end of the present pamphlet, pages S37 to S68." Foreword to the 1945 supplemental bibliography included at end.
