Manuscript is a set of law codes (dharma) that are said to be especially suited for the fourth and current cosmic age (yuga) called the Kāli yuga (f. 1v) and explains why it is less appropriate for previous cosmic ages; work discusses rules surrounding gift giving, eating, proper conduct for kings, and more.

Dated śaka 1699 (1777) (f. 38r) and śaka 1706 (1784) (f. 1r).
