- The United States and the Two Koreas, Part II, 1969-2010 is a collection of recently declassified records, combined with selected documents from the WikiLeaks database, documenting the history of U.S. policy toward and relations with South and North Korea from the Nixon to the first Obama administrations. It serves as an addition to and an extension of the first National Security Archive document set on U.S.-Korea relations. The records cover a wide range of issues, including foreign policy, defense policy, economic and trade relations, and intelligence assessments.
