De crepusculis et nubium ascensionibus is probably not by Alhazen but by Abū ʻAbd Allāh Muḥammad ibn Muʻādh Jayyānī-- Sabra, A. I. "The authorship of the Liber de crepusculis," Isis, 58(1), 1967.
Main title page followed by a three-page dedication to Catherine de Médicis (1519-1589), Queen of France, by Friedrich Risner and one page of errata. The following leaf (fourth unnumbered leaf at the beginning) is blank.
