- The editio princeps of the acts and decrees of the Council, taken from a manuscript of Hieronymus of Croaria and consisting of the summaries published by the Council of Basel in 1444. Cf. Das Konstanzer Konzil, ed. Remigius Bäumer, 1977, p. 8. The work was published at the urging of Konrad Summenhart and Jacob Locher.

- Includes epistle from Conradus Summenhart, dated Tübingen, 5 September 1499, to Hieronymus de Croaria, urging him to publish the book (leaf a1v); verses by Jacobus Locher to Hieronymus de Croaria (leaf a2r); and epistle from Hieronymus to Summenhart and Locher announcing that Rynman has undertaken to publish the book (leaf a2v).
