Woodcut initial (leaf a2r); full page woodcut illustration of five doctors seated in a circle in front of a pharmacy in which a male figure is at work with a mortar and pestle (leaf a3v); 394 woodcut illustrations (most of plants, but some of human figures, animals, apparatus, etc.) in text.
