The single sheet containing the poem is folded accordion-style and affixed to the inside of a folder (22 x 28 cm) made of cardboard. The folder contains a pop-up scene consisting of a bridge and a church in the background. The exterior of the folder is painted and decorated front and back with illustrated paper cut-outs.
