- Summary:
- In a forest in Denmark, a ranger discovers the fresh corpse of a woman with a large scar on one side of her face. When Louise Rick releases a photo to the media, an older woman phones to say that she recognizes the woman as Lisemette, a child she once cared for in the state mental institution many years ago. Louise soon discovers Lisemette had a twin... and both girls were issued death certificates over 30 years ago.
- After the discovery of a body in the forest, Louise Rick, the new director of the Danish Missing Persons Department, recognizes the dead woman as a former child inmate at a state mental institution and uncovers links to her own past during the investigation.
