Der vorliegende Band unternimmt eine umfassende Untersuchung der narrativen Struktur von Erzählungen über Arbeitskonflikte. Anhand anhand eines Korpus von narrativen Interviews werden narratologische Phänomene in Konflikterzählungen untersucht. Die so gewonnenen Ergebnisse können als Heuristik für die Konfliktbearbeitung genutzt werden.
