Primarily a description of testimony by Ḥayim Eliʻezer Shapira, Admor of Munkacs, in which he outlines his correspondence with the Admor of Gur lamenting the rise of the Agudah and its similarity to other Zionist bodies. Also a call to arms to support the the charity fund of Rabi Meʼir Baʻal ha-Nes which provides financial support to rabbinic scholars in Yerushalayim. A committee, headed by the Admor of Munkacs and R. Yoʼel Ṭaiṭelboim of Satmar (then serving as rabbi in Irsheṿa), was formed to publicize the gathering's outcomes.
