Summary:

Manuscript is used for contemplation, study, and recitation, and is an early Hindu philosophical treatise that draws mantras and verses from the Atharvaveda in order to promote various Vedic deities and principles such as the universal form (viśvarūpa), and highlight and emphasize an understanding of the self (ātman). Contains another unidentified text, possibly the Śvetāśvataropaniṣad, dedicated to the Vedic deity Rudra, seen as an early precedent for the deity Śiva.
