At head of title appears the word Shefer with 3 dots above the letter shin.

A luaḥ ḳeviʻut shanim for the years 5604-5613 (1843 or 1844-1852 or1853) is appended to the text.

Chronogram reads shenat Ṿe-ʻatah H. Elohenu, which totals 588 (1827 or 1828). If counting the H. as 26 (to read as the shem Haṿayah) instead of 5, the total would be 609 (1848 or 1849); these dates would not correlate with the 10-year Jewish calendar that follows the text.

Manuscript prayers and hymns copied by Maimon Aboḥboṭ of Terceira, bound before and after and interleaved with the text. Annotated with manicules and some marginal notes. A manuscript table of contents lists the manuscript additions before and after the printed text. Manuscript notes are dated 1851 to 1873.
