- Lea Library copy has ms. dates in pencil and brown ink on verso of front free endpaper and recto of front flyleaf ("May 6 1700", "Novem. 20 1718", "Oct. 1725", and Feb[rua]ry 14 1766") ; some ms. marginal annotations and underlining in pencil and brown ink throughout; ms. writing on p. [1] at end in brown ink.
