Lea Library copy bound in full brown calf; gilt double line fillet borders on boards with four corner ornaments; four raised bands on spine; red leather label on spine with brief title in gilt; gilt single line fillet on cover edges; gilt turn-ins; marbled endpapers; all edges gilt.
Lea Library copy has ms. dates in pencil and brown ink on verso of front free endpaper and recto of front flyleaf ("May 6 1700", "Novem. 20 1718", "Oct. 1725", and Feb[rua]ry 14 1766") ; some ms. marginal annotations and underlining in pencil and brown ink throughout; ms. writing on p. [1] at end in brown ink.
