- According to Farah, two printings of this volume were issued in 1959: 1960A-69 and 1960B-70, each in Farah's format #16, bound in cover stock #7 with endpapers #6 (white and dark blue on blue-gray background; a variant is white and dark blue on a medium blue background). The wraparound dust jacket has this work's second cover art (by Bill Gillies) and spine design 2e. The next book notice in the text of p. 203 is not present. The printings are distinguished from each other by the advertising matter on the dust jacket. Cf. Farah.
