- This comedy was written and directed by Mabel Normand during the period Charlie Chaplin worked at Keystone Studios and stars Normand and Chaplin (as the Little Tramp). Normand works as a hotdog seller at an auto race track. Chaplin takes her box of hot dogs and gives them away, resulting in many chases and fights with policemen.
