In a convocation to be holden on the 13th instant at one o'clock, the following form of decree will be submitted to the House : whereas it is the declared purpose of this university to maintain and inculcate the true faith of the Gospel and to this end it is enjoined in the statutes of the university that every student shall be instructed and examined in the Thirty-nine Articles and shall subscribe to them on various occasions.
