It having been found that many members of Convocation, who object to all or any of the measures to be proposed on the 13th of February next, are apprehensive lest their motives in voting against them should be miscontrued (as has been already done in regard to two heads of house who opposed the measures at their own board), the accompanying declaration has been drawn up for the signature of those members who may feel that they require such protection against misrepresentation.
