The first work was recorded at the American Academy of Arts and Letters, New York City, November, 2005 ; the 2nd and 3rd works were recorded at Abbey Road Studio One, London, June 9th, 2006 ; the 4th work was recorded at Master Sound Astoria Studios, Astoria, New York, February, 1995 ; the 5th work was recorded at Abbey Road Studio One, London, May 29th, 1994.
