- First line of text: El C. Benito Juarez, Presidente interino constitucional de los Estados-Unidos Mexicanos, á los habitantes de la República, hago saber, que en uso de las amplias facultades de que me hallo investido, he decretado lo siguiente:
- Article único: Desde la fecha de este decreto, el recaudador general de fondos de beneficencia disfrutará por todo honorario en retribucion de sus servicios, el cuatro por ciento délas cantidades que entere en efectivo en la tesorería de la direccion general de los mencionados fondos.
