- Notes:
- Written in 5 lines per leaf.
- Leaves of palm leaf with two central holes approximately 19.25 cm apart, cord through one set of holes, and gilt edges (numerous leaves stuck together by their gilt edges).
- Simple wooden covers, with gilt splashes on the sides, probably from the process of gilding the text block.
