RBC copy consists of binding with portraits of Queen Victoria of Great Britain and Edward, Prince of Wales, on front pastedown and advertisement for The kaiser-i-Hind in back pastedown and two unnumbered illustrated leaves, each with four portraits: Wilhelm I of Germany, Alexander III of Russia, Abdul Hamid II of the Ottoman Empire, and Abdur Rahman Khan of Afghanistan on one; W.E. Gladstone, Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Salisbury, George Robinson, 1st Marquess of Ripon, and Frederick Hamilton-Temple-Blackwood, Earl of Dufferin.
