Penn Libraries copy: left board damaged at tail outer corner; right board damaged at head outer corner; spine damaged at head and tail; binding wormed; leaves t2-M6, back free endpaper and back pastedown wormed; leaves G1-M6 dampstained in fore-edge margin; leaves u1-A4 damaged at tail margin; tail inner corner of leaves p1 and p6 torn off and replaced with a blank leaf; leaf b3 torn vertically across lower portion; leaf M6 torn and mended at fore-edge.
