- Summary:
- Manuscript is a kind of manual of astronomical tables for daily consultations regarding planetary alignment and movements affecting human life.
- Notes:
- Title from title page (f. 1r).
- Written in 8-10 rows of each table per leaf.
- 16 leaves foliated 1-16, upper left and lower right verso.
- Internal incipit: iti tithi koṣṭakaḥ na[kṣatra]ko[ṣṭhakā] [/] atha nakṣatrakoṣṭhakāḥ vā[rādi] prāraṃbhāḥ [hāraḥ] (f. 7r).
- Mistakes blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; vertical and horizontal lines of tables drawn with both single and double red lines.
- Outer wrapping of text has notes and titles of five other manuscripts that were once housed with this manuscript. These manuscripts are numbered "No. 47" through to "No. 51"; the last of which corresponds to this manuscript.
