- Summary:
- Manuscript used for recitation and study and is a poetic composition of approximately 125 verses on a variety of themes, especially related to flora and fauna, but drawing heavily from Hindu mythology such as the Rāmāyaṇa, and reflecting on universal issues like love and morality.

- Written in 10-11 lines per leaf.
- 10 leaves foliated 1-10, upper left and lower right verso.
- Colophon: iti śrīpaṃḍitarājajagaṃnāthakṛte bhaminībilāsākhye nītibātakaṃsamāpta // likhitam idaṃ āḍibrekaraityupanāmakavināyakena bālakṛṣṇātmajena saṃḥ 1889 māghaśuḥ 1 iṃdū (f. 10v).
