Culture Class Collection copies 1 and 2 are no. 54 and 55, respectively, in a collection of over 250 pamphlets and broadsides containing decrees issued in the Holy Roman Empire from the sixteenth through the early nineteenth centuries.
Culture Class Collection copy 1 has four early ms. autographs, one of Joachim von Schönkirchen ("Joachim von Schönkirchen Statthalter"), one of Joseph Zoppl von Haus ("Jos Zoppl v Haus Canzler"), one of Helmhart Jörger ("Helmhart Jörger [...]"), and one illegible, in brown ink at end of text; modern ms. date ("12 July 1570") in pencil at foot of sheet; early ms. inscription largely obscured by mends ("1570 General verfuerung des [...] aus [...] Ertzhertzogthumb [...] ob [...]") in brown ink at head of verso of sheet; early ms. numeral ("No. 42") in brown ink at foot of verso of sheet; early ms. inscription ("[...] 12 July [...] 70. [...]") in brown ink at foot of sheet.
Culture Class Collection copy 1 has at foot of sheet clear round wafer seal of validation (paper, 101 x 106 mm., presumably over red shellac), Size: 59 x 61 mm. Design: coat of arms of Maximilian II.
