- Culture Class Collection copy is no. 37 in a collection of over 250 pamphlets and broadsides containing decrees issued in the Holy Roman Empire from the sixteenth through the early nineteenth centuries.
- Culture Class Collection copy has two illegible early ms. signatures in brown ink at end of text, one partially illegible ms. signature ("[...] Stath[...] ambts [...]") in brown ink at end of text, and one of Hans von Kharling; modern ms. date ("25 Oct. 1559") in pencil at foot of sheet; early ms. inscription ("General des Getraidt aus den furstenthumb Kärndten vnnd Crain, auch furstlichen Grafschafft Görtz nit[?] zuuerfuren") in brown ink at head of verso of sheet; partially illegible early ms. inscription partially struck through ("Nota dise[...] General [...] sein [...] [...]s Ze[...]de[...] diser General ist [...] d[...] im Maij [...] 1559") in brown ink on verso of sheet; early ms. numeral ("54") in brown ink on verso of sheet.
- Culture Class Collection copy has at foot of sheet faint round applied wafer seal of validation (paper, 87 x 93 mm., presumably over red shellac), impression indistinct with loss of design and legend. Size: 52 x 52 mm. Design: unidentified coat of arms (possibly that of Ferdinand I). Largely illegible legend.
