Culture Class Collection copy quarter bound in red morocco over red cloth boards; five raised, gold-tooled bands on spine; six spine panels; brief title stamped in gilt in second spine panel; place and date of imprint stamped in gilt at foot of spine; all edges speckled red.

Culture Class Collection copy has the inscription "Joseph Adams, 1795" at head of t.p.; with a struck-through inscription on recto of frontis that appears to have read "Joseph Barber Birmingham".

Culture Class Collection copy imperfect: the publisher's name has been partially erased and altered to read "Price" on t.p. and elsewhere.
