Three editions of this work apparently were printed in the same year, the type being different and differently set up.
This edition is correctly paginated, while another edition (not the first) erroneously numbers p. 4 as p. 12. See also, e.g., difference in type setting on p. 49 and elsewhere throughout the two later editions.
