Regarding the publication of Waldo Frank's Cuba, A Prophetic Island and Beacon Press (see Folder 108). Contains one draft letter and one final letter to Frank B. Frederick, general council of the Unitarian Universalist Association from Patrick Murphy Malin, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union. It appears that the Unitarian Universalist Association was attempting to block publication of Frank's book. A handwritten note by Malin explains that this letter is a copy for Waldo Frank.
