Manuscript comprises two parts. The first part is for private or public recitation and rites of purification meant to absolve a devote Hindu of 32 offenses that they may have committed. The second part of the manuscript is a set of mantras to be performed during the special bathing rites observed in the month of Kārtika (October/November).
