Notes:
The second in a series of poetical miscellanies published by Tonson, 1684-1709, containing many contributions by Dryden, Addison, Pope and Prior. The first appeared as "Miscellany poems", the 5 later volumes under various titles. The present volume contains translations from Virgil, Lucretius, Theocritus and Horace, mainly by Dryden, and a long preface by him.
With a final errata leaf.
"On Hh8v is the word 'Finis', which is repeated on Ii7v.
Signatures: A⁸ a⁸ b⁴ B-L⁸ M⁴ Aa-Ii⁸ chi¹ (Ii 8 blank).
