Culture Class Collection copies 1 and 2 are box 32, no. 3 and 4, respectively, in a collection of early modern German legal pamphlets and broadsides issued in Braunschweig or (later) the Napoleonic kingdom of Westphalia.
Culture Class Collection copy 1 has on leaf [A]2v clear oval red applied seal of closure (presumably shellac), now broken into 2 fragments (1 at fore-edge, 1 at opposite edge), both with several cracks in design. Size: 34 x 30 mm. Design: unidentified coat of arms. No legend.
Culture Class Collection copy 1 has ms. date ("14 July 1785") in pencil on leaf [A]1r; partially legible ms. inscription ("[...] 30[...] Jul. 85.") in brown ink on leaf [A]1r.
Culture Class Collection copy 1 addressed in contemporary ms. ("An das Fürstl: Amt Lütter am Barenberge.") with postage indicator(?) in brown ink on leaf [A]2v.
