- Folded sheet of paper, printed on both sided with English t.p. at one end and French at the other; t.p.s covered with clear plastic, attached with brass eyelets. Inserted between the English t.p and verso are cigarette papers, dispensed on the verso ; the reader is instructed to "take a paper sheet in the Collector, moisten with the tongue the gummed part, stick on a numbered space, write the name." Text consists of lines numbered 1-110 ; The artist has filled in the first space. Issued in reclosable plastic bag.
