Manuscript missing one folio (f. 3).

- Colophon: iti śrīskaṃdapurāṇe bhaumastotraṃ saṃpūrṇam śubham astu samvat 1913 caitramāse śuklapakṣe ekādaśyāṃ bhaumavāsare likhitaṃ rāmarāma (f. 4v).
- Dated saṃvat 1913 (1856) (f. 4v).
