- Penn Libraries copy has early ms. ownership inscription ("Ex Bibliotheca Mon[aste]rij Amorbacensis Ord: S: Benedictj") of Abtei Amorbach, a Bavarian Benedictine house secularized in 1803, in brown ink on title leaf; oval stamp ("FÜRSTL. LEINING. HOF-BIBLIOTHEK") in black ink of the Fürstlich-Leiningische (or Leiningensche) Bibliothek in Amorbach (which inherited the library of Abtei Amorbach); round stamp ("PROV.GERM. BIBL.SCRIPT. SOC.JESU") in ink (now purple) of the library of the Jesuits' German province and oval stamp ("IHS DOM. COLON.") in blue ink of their house in Cologne, Germany, the latter struck through in pencil.
- Penn Libraries copy has early ms. marginal marks in brown ink on leaf P2r.
- Penn Libraries copy: head outer corner of title leaf torn off and replaced with a blank leaf; title leaf reinforced at fore-edge.
