Penn Libraries copy has ms. shelf-mark(?) ("AA3.") and numeral ("72") in brown ink (the latter struck through) on front pastedown; modern ms. bibliographical notes in pencil on front pastedown.
Penn Libraries copy bound in full gold-tooled leather (gilt largely worn away); left board has central image of the Crucifixion stamped in gold; right board has central image of the Resurrection stamped in gold; 4 raised bands on spine.
