- Manuscript for private use a kind of manual for various bodily yoga practices, breathing exercises (such as Sūryabhedena), conceptual passage ways (nādi) through the body, and the like; text examines practices from two different styles of yoga practice, Rājayoga and Haṭhayoga, possibly comparing or synthesizing the two forms. Promotes the Hindu deity Śiva above other gods.
