Summary:
Observance (vrata) of various rites and recitation of mantras in honor and worship (pūjā) of Arundhatī, one of the wives of the legendary sages (ṛṣis) from Hindu mythology; she is often associated with a star in the Ursa Major constellation of stars. Manuscript was once folded in half to be carried more easily for personal use.
