Local Notes:
Culture Class Collection copy is box 30, no. 65 in a collection of early modern German legal pamphlets and broadsides issued in Braunschweig or (later) the Napoleonic kingdom of Westphalia.
Culture Class Collection copy has on leaf [A]2v a faint oval red seal of closure (presumably shellac), now broken into 2 fragments (1 at fore-edge, 1 at opposite edge), with 1 fragment largely covered by the document's binding. Size: 34 x 30 mm. Design: indiscernible armorial design, possibly that of the Dukes of Brunswick-Lüneburg. No legend.
Culture Class Collection copy has ms. inscription on leaf [A]2v, which fits precisely into the rectangle formed by the document's fold lines as formed to fit the seal together, and which presumably accompanied the original sealing of the document.
