- Culture Class Collection copy is box 30, no. 19 in a collection of early modern German legal pamphlets and broadsides issued in Braunschweig or (later) the Napoleonic kingdom of Westphalia.
- Culture Class Collection copy has ms. numeral ("87.") in head margin of leaf pi1r; ms. note in tail inner corner of leaf pi1v.
- Culture Class Collection copy has autograph of Karl I, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg, at end of text.
- Culture Class Collection copy has on leaf pi2v 2 red fragments (presumably shellac) remaining from a seal of closure, 1 along the outer edge and 1 along inner edge. The size, design, and legend cannot be determined.
- Culture Class Collection copy has ms. inscription and accompanying flourishes on the verso side of the blank leaf, all of which fits precisely into the rectangle formed by the document's fold lines as formed to fit the seal together, and which presumably accompanied the original sealing of the document.
