Culture Class Collection copy has at foot of sheet clear oval applied wafer seal of validation (impression on recto, with 57 mm. of tail margin, no longer affixed, folded over presumably red shellac applied to verso); lower right portion of seal indistinct with some loss of design and legend. Size: 43 x 39 mm. Design: arms of Rudolf August, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg (1627-1704) and Anton Ulrich, Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel (1633-1714). Legend (start point 90 degrees from top of seal): D:G:RUD:AUG:&:ANTH:VLR:D:BR:[...].
Culture Class Collection copy has partially illegible early ms. addition to text in right margin of line 11 ("und die ein[...] Gu[...]"); early ms. inscription in brown ink ("103.") at top left of verso; partially illegible early ms. inscription in brown ink ("Die [...] sollen 20. [...] und die ggl. 10[...] die Chur-brandenburgische Offnungs aber gar nicht angenommen [...]"), with date of promulgation appended in black ink ("d 7 [...] Marti 1698.").
