Culture Class Collection copy is box 37, no. 68 in a collection of early modern German legal pamphlets and broadsides issued in Braunschweig or (later) the Napoleonic kingdom of Westphalia.
Culture Class Collection copy has at foot of sheet clear oval applied wafer seal of validation (impression on recto, with 83 mm. of tail margin, no longer affixed, folded over presumably red shellac applied to verso). Size: 42 x 38 mm. Design: arms of Rudolf August, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg (1627-1704). Legend (start point at top of seal): V:GG: RUDOLPH AUGUSTUS HERTZOG ZU BRAUNSCHWEIG V LUNENBURG*.
Culture Class Collection copy has illegible autograph at bottom center of recto; early ms. inscription in brown ink ("28 apr. 1685") at bottom center of folded tail margin and ms. inscription in black ink ("28 Apr 1685.") at in bottom right corner of folded tail margin.
