Cataloged from imperfect copy: two conjugate leaves without signatures or pagination from a document promulgated by Carl Wilhelm Ferdinand, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg from 1780 until 1806. The two leaves are clearly the first two of the complete document. The title is taken from the beginning of the text, and the date often supplied at the end is wanting.
